Guess what, HB21 went into effect January 1st, 2023, and despite the naysayers the world did not end, small business did not shut their doors the only real effect has been the mild inconvenience of forgetting your bags in the car, and probably all the whining the cashers have to listen to. I’ll take it! I pick up trash on my hikes and it has gotten to the point where there is no way we all can keep up. We have to reduce, or we will never get our beautiful outdoors back.
